We cannot accept returns for food products.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid address with secure delivery. We cannot refund or replace items marked as "delivered" by a carrier. However, please reach out if your package is missing and our support team can assist in filing a claim.
Before you reach out, please be sure to check all entrances to your home or building including side doors and alleyways. Please also check with your neighbors!
