Savory Sausage Mac and Cheese Breakfast

What You'll Need!
  • A box of GrownAs Classic Mac
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • 8 ounces vegan breakfast sausage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A pot of boiling water
  • A colander or strainer
1. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Break the sausage into smaller pieces as it cooks. Once done, remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
1. Bring salted water to a boil.
2. Add pasta & cook. Drain the pasta using a colander or strainer. After draining return the pasta to the pot.
3. Add vegan butter, cheese packet & plant milk. Stir well. Remove the pot from the heat.
4. Transfer the cooked Mac and Cheese in a serving bowl, then add the vegan breakfast sausage, mix it well.
5. Serve the Savory Sausage Mac & Cheese Breakfast hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley for an extra burst of flavor and season with pepper for taste.
